My first blog award ever! Yayy!!
Akay of Lemon and Chillies thinks I deserve a Nice Matters Award. According to her this award is given for the following reason.
“Nice Matters Award is for those bloggers who are nice people; good blog friends and those who inspire good feelings and inspiration. Also for those who are a positive influence on our blogging world.”
Of course am thrilled to bits. Not to say honored and touched. It is nice to know that I keep this blog going is appreciated 
Being the attention hog that I am, this of course deserves a special post of its own.

oh voila! Congratulations, love! You surely deserve it. It’s weird how I’ve been hooked to your blog since I first came here. I was thinking about it a couple of days ago actually … and I think the reason behind it is that you have your picture up and you don’t fear sharing your personal life with us.
Very personable, and of course, good writing always is commendable!!

Hey..you deserve the award for sure. You are my primary inspiration to start a blog and continue with it..so I should thank you for it..And I do understand that I have been able to inspire at least 1 person (just someone,..are u hearing this?)….that credit goes to you too!

Oh, I am so flattered. I’ve been thinking of you lately because “Aduthaathu Ambujam” has been on my mind.

You have been an inspiration since the very first day I found my way to your blog. I love the way you are mindful about the details of life - many of us just don’t notice and appreciate all those wonderful “bits ‘n pieces” around us.
